GUARDIANS BY-LAWS ( ARTICLE 13 )

ARTICLE XIII
The GUARDIANS PROVINCIAL/CITY FRATERNAL COMMISSION

Section 1 The City/Provincial Fraternal Commission shall be the over-all supervisory body in the entire City/Provincial territorial jurisdiction.

Section 2 This shall serve as the extension of authority of the Regional Fraternal Commission and shall implement all rules and regulation including program pass on to the Regional Fraternal Commission from the Guardians Cabinet.

Section 3 The Officers of the City/Provincial Fraternal Commission are as follows:

1. City/Provincial Founder
2. Deputy City/Provincial Founder for Administration
3. Deputy City/Provincial Founder for Operation
4. Chief of Staff
5. Assistant City/Provincial Founder, Committee on Appointment
6. Assistant City/Provincial Founder, Committee on Election
7. Assistant City/Provincial Founder, Committee on Justice
8. Assistant City/Provincial Founder, Committee on Security
9. Assistant City/Provincial Founder, Committee on Finance
10. Assistant City/Provincial Founder, Committee on Audit
11. Assistant City/Provincial Founder, Committee on Information
12. Assistant City/Provincial Founder, Committee on Membership and Promotions
13. Assistant City/Provincial Founder, Committee on Allied Services
14. Assistant City/Provincial Founder, Committee on External Coordination.

Section 4 The Officers of the City/Provincial Fraternal Commission will hold office for two (2) years and will have a maximum of two reelections.

Section 5 Duties and function of the officers are the same as stated in Section 6 of Article XII but only limited to the Provincial /City in scope.
