GUARDIANS BY-LAWS ( ARTICLE 6 AND 7 )

Article VI
GOVERNMENT

Section 1. The Guardians Brotherhood Incorporated shall at all times uphold the legitimacy of the elected and appointed officers of the organization as mandated in this Constitution & By-laws.

Section 2 The entire Organization shall be under the control and supervision of the following set of officers correspondence to their area of jurisdiction as prescribed in the succeeding Articles of this Constitution & By-laws.

Section 2.a The Guardians National Triumvirate ( GNT), The Guardians Cabinet ( GC), The Guardians Parliament (GP), The Guardians House of Doctrines ( GHOD), The Guardians National Fraternal Commission (GNFC), The Guardians Regional Fraternal Commission (GRFC), The Guardians Provincial Commission (GPFC), The Guardians City Fraternal Commission (GCFC), The Guardians Municipal Chapter ( GMC), The Guardians District Chapter ( GDC) and the Guardians Barangay Chapter (GBC);

Section 3 The Guardians Brotherhood Incorporated shall be governed and operate as a democratic government following the Parliamentary Form but with strong recognition and respect to the pioneers of the organization particularly the original Founding Supreme Godfathers now known as Master Founders or otherwise known as the National Triumvirate.


ARTICLE VII
THE GUARDIANS NATIONAL TRIUMVIRATE (GNT)


Section 1 The Guardians National Triumvirate (GNT) shall be the highest Executive Position occupied by the three (3) Master Founders of the Guardians Brotherhood Incorporated ( GBI);

Section 2 The Master Founders of the Guardians National Triumvirate shall serve the organization until the time of their demise or incapacity to handle the position as determined by the majority of its members or voluntary resignation. The remaining Master Founders shall select from among the active and senior National Founders for replacement to the vacant position. This shall be confirmed by the Guardians Parliament;

Section 3 The Position of the Prime Minister and two (2) Senior Deputy Prime Ministers shall be filled up from among the three (3) Master Founders base on the seniority of the service in the Guardians National Triumvirate.

Section 4 Duties of the Officers of the National Triumvirate:

a. PRIME MINISTER:

1. He is the Chief Executive of the Association.
2. Presides in all assemblies of the association and Sessions of the Guardians Parliament.
3. Represents the Association in all social functions.
4. Make appointments of all Appointive positions of the national Association.
5. Approve all resolutions of the Guardians Parliament.
6. Approve and recommend all annual budget submitted by the different Ministries
7. Perform such other functions as mandated by the Constitution and By-Laws and promulgated by the Parliament.

b. 1ST SENIOR DEPUTY PRIME MINISTER:

1. He shall perform the duties of the Prime Minister during absence or in capacity of the latter.
2. Act as Chairman of the Guardians House of Doctrines
3. Shall be the Chief Administrative officer of the National Triumvirate
4. Perform all other functions as assigned to him by the Prime Minister

c. 2nd SENIOR DEPUTY PRIME MINISTER:

1. He shall act as the Program and activity officer of the entire GBI
2. Act as Vice chairman of the Guardians House of Doctrines
3. Shall assist the Prime Minister in matters pertaining External Activities
4. Perform all other functions as assigned by the Prime Minister
