GUARDIANS BY-LAWS ( ARTICLE 21 AND 23 )

ARTICLE XX1
AMENDMENTS/REPEAL

Section 1 Amendments, Modifications, Repeal to this Constitution and By-Laws maybe proposed in writing by at least twenty five (25) members of the association, furnishing copies thereof to each member of the Guardians National Parliament who shall consider such proposed amendment/repeal within thirty (30) days upon receipt thereof. Such proposed amendment or repeal shall state hereon the old provisions and the proposed new provisions. Amendments/repeal to this Constitution and By-Laws, shall be approved by two thirds vote of all voting delegates present during the National Assembly/National Convention called for the purpose.



ARTICLE XX11
RATIFICATION/CONFIRMATION OF ACTS

Section 1 All acts, things, deeds, contracts, papers, agreement, disbursements and other actions that have been made, executed and signed, do and performed previously which are necessary and requisite to be done in and about the premises are hereby ratified and confirmed to have been done or cause to be done by virtue thereof.


ARTICLE XX111
EFFECTIVITY

Section 1 This Constitution and By-Laws shall take effect upon its approval, ratification and adoption by the majority of all delegates/participants to a National Convention and Special National Assembly scheduled on August 26, 2006 at Molave Hotel, Tagum City, Mindanao, Philippines.

Section 2 Approved, ratified and adopted on 26th day of August, 2006 at Molave Hotel, Tagum City, Mindanao, Philippines.

This is to certify that the New By-Laws of the Guardians Brotherhood
Incorporated was approved, ratified and adopted by the majority of the voting delegates
and Participants to the 4th National Convention/Special National Assembly on August 26,
2006 at Molave Hotel, Tagum City Mindanao, Philippines.

Certifying further to the correctness of the said amendments.
